All meet entries for the series will run through MileSplit.  You will need to complete the following steps. 

Steps 1-3 will only be done the first time.  

1. Create an account on the MileSplit platform (if you already have one, use your existing account).

2. Search for and "claim" your team (may take 24 hours for a claim approval to be processed, but if you reach out to us at abtiming@gmail.com we might be able to help expedite that process)

3. Enter your full roster.*  All athletes on your team should be entered to the system, not just the ones for the first meet.  Make sure to check the box for "XC" season (Athletes that were on the team last year may already be in the system)

Steps 4-5 will be done each meet.

4. Accept the invitation to the meet in your MileSplit account, or click on the registration link for the meet from the schedule. 

5. Assign the athletes from your roster to the events in which they will be competing.  

Enter the Varsity division and select the 7 athletes who will be your "scoring" runners that day.  

Enter the JV division and you can enter unlimited numbers of entries for that division.  

*Once you have set up your account and entered your roster, you will not need to do that again.  For future meets we time you will simply accept the invitation or go to the registration page via the link here on our site and get your athletes entered to the events you want them in.
